Reception Tent 5 m x 10 m
A 5 x 10 m reception tent, giving 50 m² of covered space: the in-between size between our 4 x 8 m and our large 6 x 12 m. Its white cover is waterproof and protects from the sun; it shelters a meal for around forty people, a buffet or a dance floor, with 2.80 m of height in the centre.

Good to know
- Allow about 40 people seated (5 wooden tables), or 80 standing for a cocktail party.
- Set-up by our team is offered as an option when you book; it can also be put up without tools by three or four people.
- The tent must always be anchored with its pegs and guy ropes; in strong wind, it must not stay up. Let us know if the site is exposed.
- Allow a roughly flat area of about 7 x 12 m for setting up and anchoring.
Hire terms: price, deposit and collection
- Price: €70 for the first day, then €35 for each extra day.
- Deposit: €250, as a card authorisation. Nothing is charged if the equipment comes back in good condition.
- Set-up: our team can install it for you as an option (€70), to choose when booking.
- Collection or delivery: free collection from our warehouse in Arzal (5 Le Palus de Caulon), by appointment, or delivery priced by distance.

Which tent should I choose: 4 x 8, 5 x 10 or 6 x 12 m?
The 4 x 8 m suits up to 24 people seated, the 5 x 10 m up to about 40, and the 6 x 12 m up to 64 with a buffet or 80 without. If in doubt, go for the bigger size: you always feel more comfortable.
