Reception Tent 6 m x 12 m
A large 6 x 12 m reception tent, giving 72 m² of covered space, also called a barnum or chapiteau in France. It hosts a wedding meal, a banquet or a village fete, sheltered from sun and rain. Its thick white PVC cover is 100% waterproof; it is 2 m high at the sides and 3 m at the ridge, with side walls that can be removed one by one and two zipped entrances.

Good to know
- Allow about 64 people seated with a buffet, up to 80 without a buffet; for a standing cocktail party, up to about 140 people.
- Set-up by our team is offered as an option when you book.
- If you put it up yourself, plan on four to six people: the tent weighs nearly 200 kg, in six packages, the longest being 2 m (a van or trailer is recommended).
- Allow a roughly flat area of about 8 x 14 m for setting up and anchoring.
- In fine weather, remove a few side walls to open the tent onto the garden.
Hire terms: price, deposit and collection
- Price: €80 for the first day, then €40 for each extra day.
- Deposit: €300, as a card authorisation. Nothing is charged if the equipment comes back in good condition.
- Set-up: our team can install it for you as an option (€80), to choose when booking.
- Collection or delivery: free collection from our warehouse in Arzal (5 Le Palus de Caulon), by appointment, or delivery priced by distance.
- Quantity: 2 available in total; availability for your dates is shown when booking.

Do you offer tent set-up?
Yes, set-up is an option you tick when you book; we put up, anchor and then take down the tent.
Is the tent waterproof?
Yes. The roof and walls are made of thick PVC, 100% waterproof, and the two entrances close with a zip.
How high is it inside the tent?
2 m at the sides and 3 m at the ridge, in the centre: you can stand up everywhere, and there's room to set up a sound system or string lights.
Can the sides be opened?
Yes, the side walls are 2 m panels that you remove one by one, depending on the weather.
